In May 2016, Bridgeway acquired Clear Paths, a for-profit chemical dependency treatment organization in Keizer, Oregon. Since then, Bridgeway and Clear Paths have operated as separate entities, but as of July 1st, 2021, they will merge into one organization.

Until Bridgeway moves all of its outpatient services onto one campus on Front Street, the Clear Paths building will remain in Keizer and Clear Paths clients will still access services at this location.

Fusing these two companies together will allow current Clear Paths clients to more seamlessly access all the services Bridgeway offers, including primary care; mentor guidance; housing at New Options, Bridgeway’s apartment complex; and co-occurring services.

“This merger will in no way impact our ability to serve the community,” said Kevin Northcott, Clinical Supervisor of Clear Paths. “In fact, it will enhance the treatment we provide.”
