Coordination of Care
Bridgeway is Oregon’s first addiction clinic to offer medical services at a Patient Centered Primary Care Home (PCPCH). As a recognized clinic, we can coordinate with your current primary physician. We can also provide comprehensive medical care if you don’t already have a primary care physician.
If you have a special health concern or condition beyond the abilities of our on-site staff, our physicians can connect you with other local health professionals to get you the care you need.
Our Doctors are a Key Source of Support
Our doctors are here to make your health care convenient and accessible. They won’t judge your past or treat you differently because of your addiction or mental health struggles. Instead, like everyone on our staff, they are dedicated to providing whole-person, whole-body care to keep you healthy both during and after your treatment.
We accept most Oregon Health Plan insurance plans.
