COVID-19 Updates to Our Services

We are continuing to serve people every day. However, we’ve made some necessary adjustments to our services in order to prioritize the health and safety of both our staff and the people we serve.

We will closely monitor the progression of COVID-19 and follow orders from federal and state officials to determine when it is appropriate to begin reintroducing some of our services.

The decision to reduce our services has been difficult but necessary. We fully understand that while we are decreasing our services, people’s need for support is increasing. That is why we are committed to providing virtual outpatient treatment and keeping our medically managed withdrawal program operational as long as we safely can.


Currently, all of our outpatient mental health and addiction counseling services have transitioned to secure telephone calls. Moving forward, however, we will offer individual and group counseling sessions through a secure virtual platform called Microsoft Teams. This will allow clients to continue individual and group treatment with a counselor remotely. The projected implementation date for counseling via Microsoft Teams is Monday, April 6th.

We have reduced our medically managed withdrawal (detox) patient capacity to 12 beds and extensively screen anyone who may be admitted into treatment. Visitors are not permitted at this time.


We are continuing to accept referrals for our residential services. However, we are not admitting new clients until the “stay-at-home” order is lifted and it’s safe to provide group care.
